Working in multinational environments,, I noted that, while, there were plenty of interactions between different teams, the connections between them were never utilized efficiently. Growing up in poverty, the only boy from a single mom, Loyd had everything stacked against him. With no father figure or strong male role model, Loyd was forced to figure out life alone. Fortune shined on him by his decision to join the US Army. In the Army, Loyd flourished. Serving in a myriad of positions, most notably serving as a
Growing up in poverty, the only boy from a single mom, Loyd had everything stacked against him. With no father figure or strong male role model, Loyd was forced to figure out life alone. Fortune shined on him by his decision to join the US Army. In the Army, Loyd flourished. Serving in a myriad of positions, most notably serving as a paratrooper in the 5th Special Forces Group, SFG (A) and the famous 101st Airborne Division. Here Loyd received a graduate course in leadership.
After leaving the Army, Loyd sought his next challenge by attending graduate school at Florida State University. There he received his MBA and immediately joined the prestigious global consulting firm, Accenture. Working in Accenture and other consulting practices, Loyd developed a deep understanding of Sales, Delivery, small and large team building and interpersonal relationships and communication.
Never satisfied is one of the best ways to describe Loyd's outlook. Whether being awarded his black belt in Brazilian JiuJitsu, or competing in the "Escape from Alcatraz" swim, Loyd constantly seeks to grow! Scuba diving and skydiving have also been Loyd's passions.
